The Vigil

Survive endless waves pouring from the six blood-gates. Between waves, choose one of three boons and spend ◆ shards in the Armory. Every fifth wave, the Warden descends.

When you fall, your progress becomes ✦ embers — spend them in the Reliquary for permanent power.

Bestiary

• Husk — Shambling hunter. Strikes at close range. Aim for the head.
• Stalker — Fast and erratic. Shrieks before it pounces — sidestep or dash.
• Wisp — Hovering caster. Charges violet orbs. Its core is a weak point.
• Brute — Armoured colossus. Jump over its ground slam. Hurls boulders at range.
• The Warden — Keeper of the gates. Jump its shockwaves, strike the eye.

Tips

• Critical hits on weak points deal double damage or more.
• The Cinder's blast can launch you — rocket-jump onto the platforms.
• Kill quickly to build a combo multiplier for score.
